Recently I got together with a few of my friends at the Corner Coffee Café.
Here are a few photos that I wanted to share with you.
Wish I could start every morning with these ladies.
Meeting their reading group at the café was a blast!
Me sharing coffee and tea with my critique partners Shelley Galloway,
Julie Stone, and Heather Webber. Wish you would’ve been there, Hilda!
Stole this idea of embroidered doilies for Molly’s café,
along with the ceiling fans and church pew.
Shelley’s ready for a refill.
Other Photos
My very first booksigning, and I didn't have to go it alone. (How nice is that?)
Friends and critique partners, Shelley Galloway and Heather Webber were there
to see me through. Both are Avalon authors, plus Shelley also writes for
Harlequin American, and Heather pens cozy mysteries for Avon.
Another first! Participating in the "ProLiteracy Autographing" at RWA Nationals in Reno.
How thrilling (and humbling) to be sitting in a huge room with nearly 500 incredibly
talented romance authors!
Me, being a Randall Wallace groupie. Can't help it! I'm such a "Braveheart" fan.
I just had to hear Mr. Wallace speak at Nationals, get an autographed copy
of his new historical "Love and Honor" - and, of course, get a photo with him.
(Maybe he'll even tell Mel Gibson "hi" for me!?)
Misti Barnes and Jenn Stark stop by the literacy signing
to say "howdy" in their spankin' new hats.
Here we are in Reno where eleven is a lucky number, right? In Cincinnati it is, too.
Pictured are nearly a dozen reasons why the Ohio Valley RWA chapter is so nice to belong to.
Meeting up in a Bookstore of all places...me with authors Shelley Galloway,
Dianna Love Snell, Heather Webber and Anna DeStefano.
Getting fancy at RWA Nationals with friends Shelley Galloway,
Heather Webber, and Hilda Lindner-Knepp.
